Hello, we are Main Street Bond, a team of tech geeks, entrepreneurs, financial nerds, and recovering Wall Street Bankers on a crusade to help Main Street businesses.

Local businesses can run investment offerings on our platform, receive support from our expert team, and share their business with the public, boosting exposure to clients across the US and reaching potential investors.


 


It all started when an Army Veteran/Wyoming Cowboy made it on Wall Street.



Meet Kenneth Brenneman


Kenneth started his first business after returning from the Army, after a string of entrepreneurship success, he transitioned to work for some of the largest investment banks in the world. Seeing the problem facing small businesses with access to capital, Kenneth returned to entrepreneurship to found Main Street Bond, recruit a team, and strive to help fellow small business owners.

This website (maintsreetbond.com) is owned and operated by Main Street Bond, LLC, which is neither a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor nor funding portal. Main Street Bond, LLC uses this website to host 506(c) offerings and allows Community Bond, LLC to use this website to host Reg CF offerings. Main Street Bond, LLC and Community Bond, LLC share the same owners but operate as separate businesses:

    Main Street Bond, LLC hosts all 506(c) offerings found on this website. Is not registered with the SEC or FINRA, and its involvement in the offerings on this website is limited to maintaining the platform and providing certain ancillary services to Regulation D issuers as permitted by 15 U.S.C. 77d(c).
